Makes most of the "Helldivers Mobilize" warbond capes red and black, and gives them a Chaos Diver skull instead of the HellDiver one.
Also replaces the UF-84 doubtkiller's cape and the Fallen Hero's Vengeance cape with one using a skull
Both packs are compatible with one another.
