Avali Standard rifle replaced AR-2 Coyote

Use an avali standard rifle, or hunting rifle, replace the AR-2 Coyote, with a unique side sight (the reason the optical sight can't be rotated is because it can't be rotated), and the illuminated avali feather logo, the magazine position is special (this also causes the animation to need to be modified, but I can't find the AR-2's rotation animation so it's in TODO state)
