Replaces the Automaton faction's sounds with Half-Life 2 & Alyx Combine sounds.

Includes BONUS mods for Doctor Breen being the Jammer tower, and a meme version where he's PISSED at Gordon Freeman for those who want a chuckle.

The War Strider sounds are in a separate file because I made another War Strider mod for a friend, and I wanna give him the option of using that one instead.

Why?

I really like Half-Life, and my friends like Half-Life — so I made this mod (and a few more) for our enjoyment. All of my mods are personal ones I decided to share.

Will this overwrite/conflict with other Automaton sound mods?

Sadly yes. It changes a lot of things, so you might have to pick one or the other.

Why did you replace the rocket sounds with the energy balls?

It's more distinctive for knowing certain explosions are 'rocket' fire.

In HL2, Combine's troops don't field RPG's, it's a presumably rebel weapon (even though they probably manufacture it.)

So what do the soldiers use in HL2? The AR2's alternate fire. So I replaced them.

The biggest reason was it sounded way cooler (to me and my buds at least).

I will NOT be providing a version with the HL2 RPG noises instead, sorry! :/

The OG HL2 explosions are still present for grenades.

Why not Chargers for Devastators? Why are they Hulks?

Most of the BS you'll deal with from them are the dudes with the MG's, and of course – the dreaded ROCKET variant.
