(AI Voice) Multiple Voice Replacers for several NPCs

Mod the replaces several NPCs' voice lines with an AI Voice based on some Halo characters

  VOICES Replaced:

  • []PA System - Serina-inspired (Halo Wars)

    []Democracy Officer - Captain Cutter-inspired (Halo Wars 2)

    (WIP: Has too many voicelines)

    []Mission Control - Serina-inspired (Halo Wars)

    []Eagle-1 - Sabre (Custom AI Voice; not Halo related)

    BEST TO DISABLE SUBTITLES - I changed the voices and majority of what they say
