📋 About This Mod
This mod replaces the Anti-materiel rifle for the Valken-38x from Star wars.
Sound effects included for shooting and reloading.
WEAPON MODEL INSTALLATION:
USE THE MOD MANAGER TO INSTALL THE MOD, ITS WAY MORE EASIER THAT WAY.
MOD MANAGER
Press Add, select the zip file and then press Deploy.
How to uninstall from the mod manager:
Make sure the mod's checkbox is selected and press Purge.
Manual installation (not recommended):
Unzip the downloaded archive from the Files tab and place its files in the game's data directory, located at <your steam library>\steamapps\common\Helldivers 2\data. If you already have mods with the same patch number you must rename the 3 files with the higher number.
SOUND EFFECTS INSTALLATION:
Since the mod file is just one, you must place it in your data folder by yourself, the mod manager cant load these type of mods at the moment.
Unzip and drop the file in your data folder:
...\steamapps\common\Helldivers 2\data
Theres no need to rename the number patch, it will work as it is.How to uninstall the sound effects mod:
Simply delete the file from your data folder.
KNOWN ISSUES:
1. The model doesnt have proper textures at the moment, the gun is plain black but it looks good enough.
2. There's a rare ocassion where the firing sound might play 2 times in a single shot, thats due to a sound file being duplicated by mistake, its an easy fix.
All of those issues will get fixed on future updates. (right when i finish the other mods im currently working on.)
