THE GLADOS COMPANION

Inspired by the mod created by RnoisulD.

I've reworked the mod from scratch, creating every single voice line.

Each voice line has been double-checked, both when creating the audio and when integrating it into the game, so there shouldn't be any errors. If you hear any voice lines where they shouldn't be, please let me know.

Please note that I didn't train any AI to make this mod; it was already trained, so the pronunciation may not be optimal in some circumstances. For example, Glados refuses to pronounce the word "helldivers" correctly (being the good automaton that she is).

HOW TO INSTALL

Unzip both files into Steam\steamapps\common\Helldivers 2\data or simple drop the .zip in your Helldiver Mod Manager.

Due to how the game manages different files, files may have the same name even if they modify different parts of the game. If you encounter any problems, change the trailing number (zero by default) to _1, _2, etc.

Example: from 9ba626afa44a3aa3.patch_0 change it to  9ba626afa44a3aa3.patch_1

-What is "mission control"?

+The Mission Control in Helldivers 2 is responsible for conducing tactical support for the Helldivers during their operations. Lines like "Main objective near your position" or "Terminid Outpost destroyed". It DOESNT change the voice of Eagle, Pelican or the helldivers.

-What is "Officer in game"?

+The officer is the NPC close to the galactic map but for the game, there are two NPC : The NPC inside the ship and the NPC who talks to you when you are deployed into a mission. This mod changes the second one

-What is "PA SYSTEM"? 

+The name of the planet for example: FTL jump to (planet name). Since patch 6. 3. 0 Machinery of Oppression, the PAS also includes the TV of the ship (coretta kelly excluded)

-What is "Eagle 1"? 

+The voice of every eagle stratagem

-What is "Pelican 1"? 

+The voice of the extraction ship

-What is "Hellbomb"? 

+The big explosion? What can i say. It also affects the Drill-stratagem that nukes worlds.

-Can you make a version in spanish/french/bla bla bla?

+Although I'm willing to re-record over 400 phrases, I don't have access to any AI with Glados' voice in other languages, and I've already tried recording in French and Spanish using the English AI, and it sounds awful.
