As part of my other mod Allies of Humanity Redux, I made more short capes. Twenty seven more.
Now we also got:

Over Artifice Triumphant: Reduced to two small shoulders
Bastion of Integrity: simplified and torn

Defender of Our Dream: just the triangle

Eternal Corona: Buttcrack Pizza slice
Eye of Freedom: simplified and torn
Fallen Hero's Vengeance: just the top curve
Gilded Quill: cut into a pentagon
Ingress 81: compressed by half
Martyris Rex: just the top
Strength in Our Arms: Two red Stripes with the Logo

Pinions of Everlasting glory: sliced along the white
Cloak of Posterity's Gratitude: cut along the orange

Deforester's Sailcloth: just the top, with the decal
Schema Laid Bare: just the circle, and a rat tail
Freedoms tapestry: shortened the lines
triangulation Veil: kept the design, move things around
Vision of Freedom: cut into an M shape
Pride of the Whistleblower: cut along the midline
So you like Short Capes of Liberty, but aren't satisfied with the number of short capes? I was, so I made fifteen more.
They should be LUT compatible, I didn't touch those.
Agent of Oblivion: Cut off a few inches
Cover of Darkness: chopped in half along its diagonal
Per Democrasum: Also chopped in half along the diagonal
Light of Eternal Liberty: Cut in half, made completely white. not sure where the decal went.
Dissident's Nightmare: cut in half, made the white into camo so now you can hi-vis while you camo.
Pinions of Everlasting Glory: Cut at the diagonal, left a yellow border
Seal of General Consensus: Center notch cut to avoid snagging
Tyrant Hunter: Increase amount of camo by 44%, just as tattered as before
Veil of the Valorous Vagabond: cut along its odd pattern, looks kinda like wearing a stylized animal skin
Eye of the Clandestine: cut everything below the circle
Honored Heirloom: its got a nice tail now
rightful occupier: a split experiement
windswept wayfinder: cut at the sunrise
Eterna corona: its pointy
Pillars of Freedom: reduced amount of negative reviews
