Helldivas

The classic Lean body type overhaul project focused on providing the missing "female" body type through a modestly feminine style which aims to comply with the vanilla aesthetic, because nothing says freedom like Democratic badass gun-toting spacewomen.  This client-side mod comes with vanilla compatibility, general fixes and enhancements, customization options, and fun remeshes to keep your armory feeling fresh!

Liberty's Ladies body style

The "Liberty's Ladies" models are locked in on delivering the missing third body type as Lady Liberty intended, strictly compatible with cape positions and shared Brawny assets, so that you can liberate the galaxy without worrying about defective gear, whether by design or modification.  Enjoy realigned seams, improved weights, and a skirt with a proper poly-count for smooth flexing.

Freedom's Finest body style

The "Freedom's Finest" models were a second body type made without compatibility restrictions for slimmer, more pronounced features.  They're being discontinued to remove the two body style distinction and leave you with a single, more focused model and more options.

Full Options Interface

And to give you the most bang for your buck, the mod comes packed with helpful documentation and tons of options!  Setting up your mod list exactly how you want can be such a pain, but with Democracy powered interface technology, you need only flip the switches for the armor sets you want!  The goal is to give you FULL control over your armory, and with the new hd2-repatcher, it is now viable to make individual patches for every single Helldiver asset, so you will be able to customize your Helldiver like never before!

This mod is still in development!  Everything is subject to change and not all of the armor sets have been modified yet!  Expect bugs and general lack of polish in some areas, especially on older models!  You can see the current progress at the bottom!

Installation

This mod has been packaged and manifested specifically for HD2 Arsenal, and but it is still compatible with HD2ModManager v1. 3. 0. 1 End of Life.  It is highly recommended to install it with one of these managers, if not Arsenal, as manual installation requires that you sequentially rename and copy/paste hundreds of patches into your Helldivers 2 data directory.

Why are armor sets in groups?

Most armor sets in Helldivers 2 share assets with each other, so when you modify one set, the other sets that use those assets will be affected!  This is why I have opted to categorize armor sets by the assets that they share, and why some non-modified armor sets are still broken by this mod.  As of now, this is an issue all armor set modders must deal with.  If you'd like to see the nitty gritty details, I have put together an in-depth table here, and the community has their own one here which is guaranteed to fry less of your brain cells.

Compatibility?

- This mod causes dismemberment stretching issues, which is common for armor replacers!

- This mod is NOT compatible with other model replacement mods that patch over the same assets!  In such cases, the higher priority mod will overwrite the other and things may break!  It's important to note that armor sets share assets between body types, so this mod most likely won't be compatible with Brawny body type mods either!

- This mod is mostly compatible with texture and LUT mods, but it also includes its own texture replacements, so it's your job to configure them accordingly!
