Do note at some point this mod will be completely incompatible with HD2MM and will only work with arsenal due to manifest changes.

no ETA for this as of now but it will be announced when this update happens that breaks the mod for HD2MM.

Halo Diver Overhaul

Welcome to the Halo Diver Overhaul Mod. Currently there are 8 ingame armors with 2 more coming within the next few days after release

This mods goal is to replace all armors with a halo equivalent armor, our goal is to make it high quality and work with all other armors. all HDO mods are created to work together and meant to be a seamless experience. weapons and vehicles are also planned for the future. enemies are still up for debate.

This has been months in the making, around December of 2024 i started this project by myself after seeing a cool halo armor and decided to texture it, that then grew into wanting to make an overhaul project, soon after some others came onboard and started helping with kitbashes and fixing the patches when they broke, along with helping create manifests and overall giving feedback and advice. their help has been invaluable to this project and without them it would still be in the making with no planned release date.

Whats next?

after i finish a few more armors i'll be adding the strident (replaces the super destroyer) and adding the SEAF Marine mod that adds "Jason" as the SEAF marine.

These are in the immediate future, im hoping to have it all in by the end of the month, after that i'll be working on weapons, I've already got a handful textured but they all need kitbashed to work with the attachment system and to work with each other so that will take longer.

A mantis has been textured but im unsure if i will add it sooner rather than later, i'd like to keep its proportions which means waiting for bones to be editable. we'll see.

Will you be adding more armors?

Yes more armors will be added, my goal is to replace all armors in the game and have everything work together.

Will you make more color schemes?

Yes I will, I already have a "Spec-Op's" variation I plan on making for all armors, its basically Hell Diver colors but less/no yellow, it honestly looks really dope. I do plan on doing other colors aswell such as urban. possibly matching other color schemes HD2 has or making my own.

Where can I find those weapons shown in the character cards?

Those will be added to HDO at a later date, I need them all to work with the new attachment system added to HD. More weapons will be added, I'll drop anywhere between 10-20 at once. and to be clear ALL weapons shown in the character cards are being added.

How do I install the mod?

Why are Rook's legs so thick?

It's passive is unbreakable legs, makes sense they would have the thickest legs ;)
