crew muter

lets you mute each of your crew members on your DSS.

you can specifically mute

Democracy Officer (on-ship only.)

PA System (including advertisements on screen)

Ship Master (samples)

and Service Technician (#freemytechnician)

now finally supported after many moons to support all languages, every language bundled into one patch for each character, compiled sadly with windows.

for now it only works on english, more languages will be added later and will be supported if it doesnt take forever to compile on all languages.

but besides that it works just fine.

technically, the lines are only muted, not clipped

this is because some of the dialogue the NPCs play waits until the line finishes before moving on, which means that some dialogue play out normally and some blitz to the end of the conversation, so its muted instead of clipped & muted.
