Replaces The default Helldivers Reinforcement icon with a custom one I made of Commisar-Chan
Icon was custom made by me, using references from ArzyParzy's artwork of Commisar-Chan
Pair this with Mrfake's Commissar Chan and and and 8feet's Commissar-Chan Voice mod for the full set
