Use HD2 Mod Manager to add to game from zip file.
Manual:
Extract the 3 "patch" files from a specific color scheme folder directly into the "data" folder at your Helldivers 2 installation location.
If you have more than one mod with the same name you'll need to increase the number from 0 to 1, 2, and so on. The mod manager does this for you.
