Armored Core VI JP Ayre Voice for Ship PA Mission Control and Others

This mod replaces in-game voice lines with re-voiced versions that sound like Ayre (JP) from Armored Core VI. Due to the nature of how the voices were done, expect some (or all) of the voice lines to deviate slightly from what Ayre should actually sound like.

Only JP is available. It is now compatible with both Japanese and English voices for the game.

Created with and for the slim version of the game. Should still work with the regular version.

Known bug: Playing with a voice language other than the selected mod language may cause voices to be silent.

Made this for personal use, mostly as a way to keep up with certain current events. Feel free to use it as you see fit (except to monetize).

  Personally, I only use the Ship PA and Mission Control voice replacements. I would have preferred Carla as the Eagle-1 pilot, and maybe Walter as the Democracy Officer, but I don't have the resources to do either of these.

  If I understand how the voice packs work:

  • []Voices will not be compatible with voices for the same set (obviously).

    []Ship PA voices will not be compatible with mods that alter the giant TV ads (considered part of the same sound bank).

    []Misson Control, Eagle-1 and Pelican-1 voices can conflict if not done properly.

    HD2 Mod Manager installation instructions

    • []Add mod .zip file(s) to HD2 Mod Manager.

      []Enable/disable mods that you want.

      []Click Deploy.

      []Close HD2 Mod Manager, as it's no longer needed.

      []Play!

      Manual installation instructions (no longer possible with 2. 0 or later)

      For each mod .zip file:

      • []Open .zip file.

        []Extract the contents of the .zip file into the Helldivers 2 data folder.

        []If prompted to replace existing files, extract the files elsewhere, and increment the file extension number.

        []e.g. if patch_0, rename it to patch_1, and so on.

        []Repeat steps 2 and 3 until no longer prompted to replace files.
