Transport Warthog (Usable Passenger Seats) (Broken)

This mod is currently just for Sandbox, but I could add it to other maps later. I wanted this mod to be as polished as possible, and I think that it is close to perfect and was completed through many nights in between work. Works on any of your sandbox maps, as I said earlier I can put it on any map, and even campaign missions per request. When I was a kid I had dreams of the transport warthog being a usable vehicle in custom games, and when 343 gave us a half asked version, I knew that it was time to put my knowledge to the test. I truly hope that you all enjoy, and I am excited to see where this project ends up!

P. S: Unlike the reach version of this mod, everyone needs to install it in your game, I am not sure why that is. Otherwise the people who don't have the mod will see you standing on top of the back seats, and they will not be able to sit themselves.
