These are file that allow you to import a funcational seraph into the halo 3 mod tools.
To enter the seraph you must stand on top of it. It uses the banshee animation graph and uses modfiy banshee weapons. The vehicle fly faster than a banshee, and has does not have a well design hitbox.
To install the mod just drag the file into tags folder under vehicles. AI can't drive this vehicle.
You must have acess to halo 3 mod tools in order to use this.
