Ofelia's Sangheili Shield Meter V1 bitmap tags for H2EK

Elite / Dervish inspired shield bar for H2EK, includes .bitmap tags and is meant to be modified since dual wielding with any weapon will overlay over the example hud tag i'm providing, so i endorse you to change that

BTW the bitmap is too BIG when is displayed in game at first, so you gotta tweak it a lil with the apply scale effect :P

i'm gonna update it soon, since it has a few quirks like that weird outline on the meter itself (i'm not a graphic designer or anything this is more of a personal passion project)
