Kat's Halo 3 Fixed Flood Combat Collision Models

Fixes the Flood Combat Form collision models that result in them being much harder to kill than they should be. This is why the "shielded" elite combat forms don't die and take a million hits. You may also need to modify the .character tags and the .model tags to make better use of these so the regions don't recharge incredibly quickly.
