Hello, this mod is a startup replacer mod that uses an AI upscaled (through machine learning) version of the original Reach startup video.This is similar to the one mod that Nexusmods user m3zmr uploaded previously.**DISCLAIMER!**currently

Reason for the disclaimer:
I have the original reach video startup but then it had to be converted into .mp4 then AI Upscaled through machine learning to 1440p then
converted to .avi ( a very poor video file type with a lot of issues) then through propriatary software (Rad Video Tools) to make it into
a .bk2 file (that used by Halo Reach)
I have been struggling with this for the past two days as the final product has been plagued by flickering and lower bit rate video then originally intended for it to be,
this has caused a lot of stress and frustration on my part, and I will keep trying to figure this out and get a better result
