Halo 4 Modern Warfare Multiplayer Game Types

These gametypes are required for when hosting a Multiplayer game of the mod "Halo 4: Modern Warfare" as the mod won't work correctly without them. There are two methods of obtaning these game types.

Install Methods:

Method 1 (Works for Steam and Microsoft Store on both Linux/Steam Deck and Windows):

Launch Halo: MCC

Click on the Player Menu on the right hand side of the Main Menu screen and select "Find Player"

Search for the user "Priception"

Go to Priception's Fileshare and select "Game Types"

Download all the game types starting with "H4MW"

Method 2 (Works for Steam and Microsoft Store on Windows Only):

Do a "Manual Download" of the "Halo 4: Modern Warfare: Multiplayer Game Types" on this page

Open up File Explorer and paste in the following path: %userprofile%/appdata/locallow/mcc/localfiles

Open the folder named with a bunch of random letter and numbers and then open the "Halo4" Folder and then the "GameType" folder.

* Copy and Paste all the ".bin" files you downloaded into the "GameType" folder.

Important Note:

These Gametypes were only made to work with Multiplayer Maps part of the "Halo 4: Modern Warfare" Mod. Using these gametypes on other mods or the Base Game Maps will cause them to break.
