Halo 3 Shiny Revamp

This mod started as a simple effort to give all the Covenant shaders like my Brute Revamp mod.  As I was working on it, it expanded to Chief and the marines.  Then I started wanting add details from Halo CE to the models and textures.  Now it's become a tagset that attempts to make everyone look a bit more like they do in CE along with having shiny metal bits.

The largest effort was put into the elites.  I gave their regular armor and classic multiplayer armors detailed color change maps and illumination maps.  They also have better collision.  I also tried reshaping the Halo 3 helmet into the 3 Halo CE helmets.  The result is not perfect, but awesome.

The jackals have some pieces taken from Jordanspartain's jackals: the CE style shield and helmet.  The helmet had to be elongated to fit the Halo 3 jackal's face.

For many characters, including hunters, marines, and ODSTs, I had to go into their model and separate it into different materials.  That way, the metal parts of them could be shiny without making the non-metal parts shiny too.

I've edited the shaders of Master Chief, Marine, ODST, Arbiter, Grunt, Jackal, Hunter, Elite, Flood Combat Elite, Flood Combat Brute, and Flood Combat Human.
