Halo 3 Restored Needler Ammo

Restores the needler ammo tag seen in Halo CE and Halo 2 for Halo 3. The original tag was leftover from Halo 2 and had incomplete shaders, missing bitmaps, and no collision or physics. I restored the bitmaps and recreated the shaders as best I could (with some differences, Halo 3's shader system is different than Halo 2's), generated physics and collision, and even gave it a detonation effect.

Permissions:

You are free to use these tags and assets in any Halo: The Master Chief Collection mods, but not in any content that is not for MCC as this would break the game's EULA.

Please credit me (Markel) if you do decide to use the tags.
