Changes Halo 3 ODST's camera from 1st to 3rd person (Disclaimer: all "scoped" weapons in ODST will not be given the 3rd person change cause you won't be able to aim down the scope that way ((unless I find a way for scopes to work in 3rd
so this is basically a DYI thing I did cause the original mod's creator's been offline for a while and since their mod doesn't work anymore, I made this
credit to TheAmazingPyro65 for showing me the basics on how to mod Halo and how the camera works
