Halo 3 ODST but some ODST weapons function like Halo 3

A while ago, Halo 3: ODST was ported to Windows PCs, and it came with an update to Halo 3 that added weapon skins, as well as porting 3 weapons from ODST. This process involved weapon balancing changes such as making the brute plasma rifle function like a brute plasma rifle and the automag function more like a CE magnum.

So what if these changes were in ODST?
