Halo 3 Halo 2 Arbiter

This is the Halo 3 Arbiter sharing details to the Halo 2 Arbiter. The armor now represents a more grayish color in the second game, and lacks the armor mouth pieces and the flashlight in Arbiter's armor. First person models have also had an appliance to the grey color.

1. The Arbiter's head contains a regular Elite head with the Arbiter armor.

2. The Armor coating color is set to a more grayish color
