Technically, this is the Reach ghost with H2A textures. If you wanted to make this the Reach ghost, you could basically just rip the textures and replace the H2A ones and it would work fine.

To use in place of the stock H3 Ghost, just replace the stock .model tags and rename them from their "H2A_X" variant to their original name. Alternatively, open them up in guerilla and refer them to the H2A .render_model.
