Halo 2 Campaign Rebalanced Alternative

Install:

• []Make a copy of your halo 2 maps folder in case you want to change it back to the original.

  []Extract the downloaded files and put them into your halo 2 maps folder and replace the files.

  Overview:

  • []All types of weapon damage have been changed, not all human weapons are necessarily better against health and not all Covenant weapons are necessarily good against shield. Weapons now have different attributes individually.

    []Many Weapons are more powerful and can carry more ammo.

    []Increase Movement speed and jump height.

  • []The player and many other AI's health and shield vitality have been changed. Master Chief and The Arbiter now have different health and shield strength and different recharge speed.

    []All of your Allies are more competent and have better survivability in combat, their health will recharge after a short while and their accuracy on all difficulty resemble enemies on legendary difficulty.

    []Decrease collision acceleration to make objects feel more heavy and won't fly around so easily.

    []Changed some of the encounters and AI placement in the game to make the difficulty more reasonable.

    Difficulty recommendation:

    • []Easy: For people who rarely play video games.

      []Normal: For people who want to relax and enjoy the story.

      []Heroic: For experienced Halo players who enjoy a small challenge. This is the standard difficulty of this mod.

      []Legendary: For hardcore players who want extremely harsh gameplay. Only select this difficulty if you are ready to die a lot.

      Detail changes:(Do not read this if you want to experience everything for yourself)

      Characters:

      []Marines can recharge 75% of their health back after 6 seconds, Marine Sergeant and ODST has more health and can recharge all of their health back. All Marines have better accuracy but only when using human weapons, ODST has better accuracy and unique firing pattern when using all human weapons and some Covenant weapons and can use Plasma Pistol overcharge.

      []Grunt Minors have lower hard ping threshold, Grunt Ultras have energy shield and recharge as fast as Elite Ultras but their health are decreased to Grunt Major level.

      []Jackals have lower hard ping threshold like in Halo 3, jackal snipers have lower health.

      []Heretic Grunts and Elites health and shield have been changed to make them less spongy.

      []Flood melee attack damage are decreased, melee attack can do more damage to Flood enemies, their health and shield strength have been changed as well.

      []Flood Infection Form does less damage to both shield and health.

      []Your Spec-Ops Elites and Grunts allies have the same attributes as Elite Ultras and Grunt Ultras, they will recharge their health like Marines and ca
