Halo 2 Campaign - Combat Evolved consistency tweaks

Hi everyone, this is my first mod I've created. I'm very interested and motivated to learn how to make custom content so hopefully soon I will have learned more and created some more advanced content.

This mod was created originally to simply adjust the max reserve ammo of the battle rifle, but eventually turned into a mod aiming to make the game more congruent with the first halos sandbox and Difficulty. Some ammendments have been made such as the fuel rod gun's behaviour so its not a compelte 1:1 but I feel it's a good balance of familiar and new features. heres the list below on what has been changed in the mod updates so far

Health and Shields:

-the player now has 50 health and 200 shields (was originally 30 hp and 70 sp)

-but now the shields take longer to begin to recharge and recharge slightly slower. (2 secs delay now 4 seconds)

-shield recharge time slower (5 seconds before now 12 secs to fully charge)

-this change makes the player health and shields similar to the durability and recharging times of halo:ce

Difficulty:

-The difficulty scaling has been adjusted. Easy enemies deal 0. 75x damage (was 0. 1x), normal now 1. 00x (was 0. 7x), heroic now deal 1. 25x (was 1. 0x) and legendary difficulty has remained at 1. 5x scaling

-Enemies now have scaling of shield recharge rate changed. Easy enemies 1. 0x scaling (was 1. 4x), Normal now 0. 75 (was 1. 0x), heroic now 0. 5x (was 0. 7) hard now 0. 25 (was 0. 3x)

-Enemies have had rate of fire changed. Easy now 1x (was 0. 8), Normal now 1. 15 (was 1x), heroic now 1. 25x (was 1. 5x) legendary now 1. 5x (was 1. 8x)

-enemies new target delay changed. Easy is still 1x (was 1x), normal is now 0. 75x (was 1x), heroic is now 0. 3x (was 0. 6x), legendary is now 0. 1x (was 0. 3)

-the guidance vs player (how fast projectiles move has been adjusted for legendary. It is now slightly slow at 1. 25x (was 2. 0x speed)

-Grunt minor has been altered to orange colour

-Grunt Major has changed to a bright crimson colour

-Grunt Ultra rank white colour removed - replaced with Colour range of Yellow, Orange and Red randomly weighted colours

(so there would be more variety in legendary and/or with tilt on - no more only white grunts)

-elite ai has been altered to make them more likely to evade danger, less likely to hide behind cover and more aggressive and likely to push player and have reduced delay between melee strikes

-elite ranks have had health tweaked (minor and major, stealth and spec-ops have buffed max shield, while ultra and zealot now have less max shield)

-elite minor has b
