Most multiplayer maps and all playable campaign maps have had their boundaries/kill barriers removed.
MAKE SURE TO BACK UP YOUR MAPS
Go to where you've installed your mcc /halo3/maps/ and replace files
Last Resort
High ground
Sandbox, Sandtrap and Snowbound guardians will still kill you, i dont know how to disable this
The area where you meet the jump pack brutes isnt able to be explored, died whenever trying to go above the map
Any issues found let me know and i'll try to fix them, im new to this
