Fixed female civilian

If you've seen the original female civilian model, the reason why it's so scuffed is because it uses a slightly different skeleton when compared the the default female marine skeleton. As well as some poor rigging.

This mod is an edited, re-rigged and recompiled version of the female civilian that makes use of the default female marine skeleton, allowing it to correctly use the marine animations.

There could be some issues with facial animations.

It's hard to test if they work correctly, but if there is an issue here, it's probably not that noticeable.

The characters neck can look pretty scuffed when looking critically to the left or right.

This is mainly because the model was unfinished, and I'm not sure if I can fix it.
