New Character tag, data included incase you want to convert it in to a new flood by replacing the render gbx_model for a less

wacky one and also to expand on it by creating new animations.

Installation instructions

Tag is a drag and drop for Custom Edition and MCC cea, the tags go inside the folder "characters" with their respective names.
