hey everyone, given that I like some others just wanna see the customizations I decided to come here for a mod on it. to nobody's surprise they're all outdated.
given my knowledge in how some of it works I decided to just take out my xml that I got from downloading the game and just changing locked to unlocked.
as far as i'm aware everything in reach is unlocked, and that's as far as I feel like looking.
To install goto {{ \Steam\steamapps\common\Halo The Master Chief Collection\Data\ui }} and replace the {{ unlockdb.xml }} with this one that you (probably) downloaded
