Reduced or removed soft lock on fire rate. M6D with a switch. Fire as fast as your finger can pull the trigger like the forerunners intended. Full auto on Magnum and Needle Rifle.

M6D Magnum and Needler Rifles are technically automatic weapons in the games engine. To keep their semi-automatic functionality while still allowing you use them in full-auto, I set the fire recovery time on the two to an eighth of a second.
Fuel Rod Cannon recovery time changed from 0. 5 seconds to . 25 seconds.
Plasma Pistol and Battle Rifle fire recovery times set to 0 allowing you to fire as fast as you can pull the trigger

Drag and drop PAK files into PAK folder
Compatibility
If you'd like to use the No Bloom mod with this mod, just download the optional Fire Rate Unlock mod + No Bloom dual mod. They are not compatible if you download them separately due to how Halo's tag system works.
