New Enemies:

Spec-ops Grunts (Light shields and can cloak)

Spec-ops Sniper Jackals (Light shields and can cloak)

Jackal Ultras (more health, flinch less and stronger shields)

Spec-ops Hunters (Fuelrod beam replaced with phantom turret. More health and cloaking) Overcharge plasma Bolt will take out their cloaking.

Brute spec-ops (Armour is not destroyed when shields are depleted. A lot tougher. Requires popping off their helmet before you can headshot them)

Elite Rangers(Elites equipped with jetpacks, will fly in the air)

New weapons:

Brute Needler (Less tracking, does more damage per shot than needler but less supercombine damage and slower rate of fire)

Brute Plasma Pistol (Almost a copy spv3 brute plasma pistol, 3 projectiles per shot, more damage but overheats more quickly. Overcharge is a stronger projectile that can head shot.)

A lot of other changes to base halo 3 weapons that make them handle more like their halo 2 and ce counterparts
