What the mod is

A simple modification of Rat Race in Halo CE that makes all of the players into Jackals, complete with shields, this encourages front facing combat

that involves thinking more strategically due to the slow movement speed of Jackals (Or at least I hope so).

Important stuff

I have included a readme with the download that gives you all the info you need but there are a few points I should also post here:

To block with the shield, simply crouch, this plays the animation that makes the Jackal raise its shield.

First of all, please make sure you set the starting weapon to Plasma Pistol or Plasma Rifle (although I HIGHLY recommend the Plasma Pistol), they are the only weapons that the Jackal biped can use without additional modifications, and I am not gonna allow them to use other weapons because that defeats the point of the mod.

Second of all, there is no first person view model of the Jackal Shield for MCC at this current moment, if anyone has an idea or can assist me with this, or a resource becomes available, the mod will definitely be updated. Don't worry though, the shield is there.

Finally, during testing, my friend's MCC crashed, I am not sure if this was the mod or to do with MCC but please report any crashes to me.
