I'm a beginner at assembly. So this whole thing is going to be a bit of a learning curve for me. I'm not going to clam to be totally original either when it comes to Halo Rebalance Mods... I'm just doing what I would do to rebalance the game. For better or for worse. But I'm interested on what people think.
