RU | Legacy Russian Localization Fix | Full Version

Full Russian translation of the interface and subtitles for Half-Life Legacy. Fixes all untranslated strings in the main menu, settings, and other sections of the game, eliminating language mixing. A purely visual improvement. A complete translation of the interface, menus, and missing strings from hlc_russian. FAQ - What is this and why is it needed? - My mod is an adapted version of the original "Half-Life" translation by the ZoG Team, with the addition of new text strings from Legacy. How to install? - It would seem simple... but at the moment (February 2026), HL: Legacy does not fully support file replacement via the Steam Workshop. To install the mod currently, you need to: 1. Subscribe to the item (not the kind where you get paid). 2. Navigate to the following path - Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\3619040\3663296970 3. Move the "hlc_russian" folder to the HL: Legacy directory and copy it, overwriting when prompted. 4. You are wonderful! And the "rule of 3 P's" has been observed ^_^ p.s. A method without manual additional installation has not been found yet; Legacy has a major limitation that prevents "subscribe-and-play". Currently, the game does not load folders like hlc, valve_russian, and others like them if they are in the "mod" folder. Maybe this will be fixed after some time, but for now, we endure.
