Dynamic Fire Glow

Adds dynamic light to burning objects Will apply dlight mostly for zombies, headcrabs and some flammable props. I've fixed an issue with NPCs blindness, it should work as intended on any map. This addon requires enabed Episodic behavior which has following additions: +Combine soldiers will now be more accurate with AR2(Pulse Rifle) in HL2 campaign. -Dynamic Fire Glow will now be disabled on Half-Life 2 maps that has "func_tank"(mounted machine gun) present on map. This is done because Episodic behavior breaks all combine emplacement guns in HL2 campaign. A special standalone version with map edit fixes for emplacement is in the works and will be out in a few days.
