Regenerating HEV Suit Power

You gain 15 suit power every 4 seconds. Think Halo or Payday - your regenerating shield means the first few shots are what you respond to, not what damages you. The health system is kind of stupid. You're punished for not looking everywhere at all times. But with this mod, that's no longer the case. You have a generous buffer to notice and deal with threats, which allows you to make a few mistakes - or not have perfect reflexes - and still come out on top.
