Max Health scaling isn't impacted by Cursed Slash or Guan Yu.
I'm lazy so right now I haven't updated the descriptions yet. Also Guan Yu aspect scales at 0. 88 max scaling because I implemented the change just by tweaking values instead of cleaning up all the references and only including what was needed in the Aspect.
