Ralsei from Deltarune in both his appearances for Guitar Hero! Also, get the highway as well or the mod won't work.
Make sure you get the highway as well!! The characters will not work without it!!
This is a remake of a mod I made 2 months ago (https://www.nexusmods.com/guitarheroworldtour/mods/393). The mod was sloppy as it was the first-ever mod that I made. I decided to remake the mod as well as adding Ch. 2 Ralsei as well.
File names are now Ralsei and Hatsei because i was sick of typing "Ralsei Hatless".
(The older Ralsei mod's filename has been changed to RalseiOld, just in case you still want it)
