Improved Claude Model

Always felt Claude's model, of the three main 3d era protagonists, was the worst (moreso in comparison to Tommy than to CJ) due to the proportions

As such we gave him a surgery at the liberty city park ren faire to make his arms less stumpy and his torso less built like a brick wall using his official art as a loose reference

(also applies to the prisoner outfit btw)

to install, use IMG Factory to replace the models player.dff and playerp.dff, and launch

this also means BACK UP GTA3. IMG INASE YOU FUCK UP!!!
