A mod I made around 10 years ago and released on GTA4-Mods.com and recently put a TON of work into it to make it into the mod I envisioned way back when I started writing this. Drug Wars allows you to join several gangs across Liberty City.
Drug Wars is a total gang-war overhaul for GTA IV that turns Liberty City into a living gang ecosystem with drive-bys, ambushes, drug deals, and street chaos. Play as one of 7 gangs, build a drug empire, and experience emergent gameplay. It has 27 endorsements and 1,718 downloads, last updated July 2026.
