This mod interacts directly with the game save system. As with any mod of this nature, there is a theoretical risk of save game corruption. This is a standard warning. The mod has been tested without issues, but it is always recommended to back up your important saves before installing and using it. Use at your own risk.

Description

This mod adds a simple but essential quicksave feature. Press your configured hotkey (F5 by default) at any time to create a standard save file without navigating through menus. All in-game messages are fully localized and customizable.

  Requirements

    Installation

    • []Download and install the latest version of UE4SS. Follow its installation instructions carefully.

      []Download the main file for this mod from the "Files" tab.

      []Extract the downloaded archive.

      []Place the entire G2_QuickSaveMod folder into your game's Mods folder. The final path should look like this:

      ...\Augusta\Binaries\WinGRTS\ue4ss\Mods\G2_QuickSaveMod[]Launch the game. The mod is now active.

      Configuration

      The mod can be easily configured by editing the config.ini file located in the G2_QuickSaveMod folder.

      Localization

      All in-game messages (like "Quicksave: Completed!") are stored in .txt files inside the Languages folder.

      • []To use a different language, change the language setting in config.ini to match the name of the text file (e.g., language = "german").

        []You can edit any of these files to change the messages to your liking.

        []To add a new language, simply create a new .txt file (e.g., polish.txt), copy the contents from english.txt, translate the text, and set language = "polish" in your config file.
