Keep the ue4ss files in [ Grounded2\Augusta\Binaries\Win64 ] it should look like this :
After that install my mod place the PerfectBlock folder in the Mods [ Grounded2\Augusta\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods]
EDIT THE FILE
mods.txt file add PerfectBlock : 1 AFTER ALL THING U DO IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE THIS
