when the game first added patches there was no ROC flag, and since I just so happen to have a photoshop class this semester I decided to make one myself
both versions go together inside a folder at this location in your game files:
(your game install location)\GroundBranch\Content\GroundBranch\Patches\Custom(or one of the default folders, Country recommended ;)
