RU-UA Patches By Zero (v3) [READ DESCRIPTION DISCLAIMER]

This is a custom patch collection made by myself, Zero. I DO NOT support Russia's war in Ukraine, and I do not care what people think of me having both Ukraine and Russia patches in the same mod. If you don't like it, then just ignore it. Glory to Ukraine, Glory to the Heroes. - This mod contains 16 Russian patches and 17 Ukrainian patches. keep in mind, all / most of these are just flags, so don't expect any unit patches or anything. i found most of these on the internet and didn't feel like just having them in my game where nobody else could see them, so i'm uploading them here to have on the server i'm a part of.
