The Unquiet Mountain

The pass was cold. The blizzard howled, insistent that you would suffer before you found shelter. Some hint of alarm really should have set in upon the second empty watchpost, yet it was cold. The gate was open, and that, too, was unheeded. It was in that long hallway inwards, that the collapse began. No chance to choose to go back. The cave-in looks like it will keep out the cold, though.
