Rook's Parasite Repellent

Adds new dialogue options to the mandatory events in Rook's story campaign and Brawl that would otherwise force you to accept the Parasite cards Twig and Stem into your decks. Instead, you can choose to repel the insect bite and continue infection-free! This does not fully disable the insect bite events, but instead turns them into once-per-run choices. This also does not affect grafts or banes that give you parasites. Technically a cheat. Normally, I'd be the first to complain that this would upset the intended balance of Rook's campaigns... but to Hesh with it. The game's been out for nearly five years. Live your best life. Currently English-only, but hopefully this should be the easiest mod in the world to make a localization file for.
