San Andreas Not OP Starter Save

Made this save because the only other ones available practically had the entire game complete and had millions of dollars already. This eliminated a lot of content which I consider to be fun and not tedious like the content that has been completed below.

- All Spray-paint Tags Complete 100/100

- All Photographs Complete 50/50

- All Horseshoes Complete 50/50

- All Oysters Complete 50/50

There is around 400K money that was made during the completion of the above listed content. No cheats have been used. No clothing has been purchased. Save loads directly after the mission "Tagging Up The Turf".
