How to Use:
Press F4 to enable noclip. A "Cheat activated" message will appear but don't worries your trophies will not be locked. Press F4 again to disable noclip.
You can also go underwater in GTA VC and GTA III

Move using ZQSD.
Press A to go down or E to go up.
Press Numpad+ to speed up, Numpad- to slow down. Press R to reset speed.
- Qwerty Edition
Move using WASD.
Press Q to go down or E to go up.
Press Numpad+ to speed up, Numpad- to slow down. Press R to reset speed.
